Shipping policy
At BioNovu, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the next working day.
During busy periods (such as product launches, promotions, or pre-order dispatch weeks), processing times may be slightly longer but we’ll always keep you updated.
UK Shipping
We currently ship to all UK mainland addresses.
Delivery options:

Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

Express UK Delivery (if selected at checkout): 1–2 working days after dispatch
All UK orders are sent via tracked courier services, and you will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and vary depending on destination.
Typical delivery times:

Europe: 5–10 working days

Rest of World: 7–14 working days
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

We can re-send the order, but additional shipping charges may apply, or

We can issue a refund for the product price (excluding original shipping fees)
BioNovu is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.
Pre-Orders
If your item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly stated on the product page.
Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels
While we always aim for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or customs processing.
If your order:

Has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or

Arrives damaged
